Meet Our Pastor
Dr. Ricky Jenkins is the Senior Pastor of Wellspring Church in Indian Wells, California. From his roots in Pearl, Mississippi, to pastoring churches in Oakland, CA, Memphis, TN, and Chicago, IL, Ricky has been faithfully preaching the gospel for 30 years — and every city has left its mark on both his message and his heart.Fueled by Acts 20:28, Ricky’s life is shaped by two unwavering commitments: knowing Jesus and making Jesus known — all for the fame of Jesus.
Beyond Wellspring, Ricky serves on the Board of Trustees at Wheaton College in Chicago, Illinois, and carries a genuine passion for raising up the next generation of Christian leaders — believing that the health of the Church tomorrow depends on how well we invest in people today.Ricky and his wife, April, are the proud parents of three children: Camden (12), Grand (10), and Andi (8).

What to Expect
Welcome
When you arrive, stop by the welcome center. Our friendly volunteers will be there to greet you and answer any questions you may have.
THE EXPERIENCE
You’ll find a welcoming atmosphere with worship and Bible-Based teaching from one of our Pastors.
GRAB A COFFEE
Enjoy complimentary coffee and water in the lobby before each service.
A Place for Families
While adults enjoy any of our services, we’ve got your little ones covered with Wellspring Kids programming for birth to 5th grade. It is a fun and safe place where kids learn about Jesus in an age appropriate way and build friendships along the way.
For students in 6th through 12th grade, Sundays are a chance to connect with God and each other. Middle school meets upstairs in Auditorium 4 at 11:30 AM for a service designed just for them. High school students are invited to join the 11:30 AM service and sit in the student section.
Then on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM, students gather for worship, real conversations, and community so they can keep encountering Jesus all week.
